These terms

They cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

What is on this site

We try to keep everything here accurate. Figures shown as client results are taken from the accounts they came from, over the dates stated beside them, and they are what happened for that business in that period. They are not a promise of what will happen for yours. Advertising results depend on your market, your pricing, your budget and your own capacity to take on the work.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this site are indicative. A quote is only binding once we have sent it to you in writing and you have accepted it.

Your content

If you send us photographs, logos, copy or footage, you confirm you have the right to use them and to let us use them in the work. Work we produce for you becomes yours once it is paid for, and the ad accounts and the domain are yours throughout.

Our content

The design, words, photography and video on this site belong to us or to the clients they were made for. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Links out

This site links to client websites and to services like Calendly. We do not control those, and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
