Will has spent more than a decade behind the camera, building Arc Creative and producing professional photo and video for businesses, brands, real estate, hospitality and commercial projects. Over the years he has seen firsthand how much better a business can look when the media actually matches the quality of the work behind it.
At Launch & Found, Will leads our media production and helps turn ideas into professional content that can be used across websites, advertising and social media.

Andy brings the perspective of someone who has actually dealt with rapid business growth himself. After scaling his own company to seven figures in its first year, he learned what happens behind the scenes when more customers start coming in. Operations, logistics, hiring, systems, and all the problems that growth can create.
At Launch & Found, that experience helps us look beyond marketing metrics and understand what growth actually needs to look like for the business receiving those leads and sales.

Shane
Shane originally got into this through websites. After studying marketing, coding and graphic design here in London, he began designing and building websites for businesses and eventually asked the obvious question. How do I actually get more people to these websites?
That led him into Google Ads and paid social, and he quickly became just as interested in generating the traffic as he was in building where it landed. More than five years later, Shane is an award winning web designer and developer who has managed millions of dollars in advertising spend. At Launch & Found, he brings those two sides together so the website, tracking, advertising and customer journey are built to work as one.

Where we are
Proudly based in London, Ontario.
Most of our media production work happens throughout London and Southwestern Ontario, including St. Thomas, Woodstock, Strathroy, and surrounding communities.
For websites, advertising, and SEO, we work with businesses across Canada and internationally. If a photo or video project takes us farther from home, we are happy to travel when the project calls for it.
Launch & Found came together in 2026, but the experience behind it started years earlier. Each of us had already been building in our own area before deciding to bring those skills together under one company.
How did Launch & Found come together?
It started pretty naturally. Shane built Will’s website, then later worked with Andy and helped on the marketing side as his business grew to seven figures. Over time the three of us became close friends and kept finding ways our different skills fit together. Eventually someone said the obvious thing. Why are we all doing this separately? That conversation turned into Launch & Found.
Why did you start Launch & Found?
We had all been through the process of trying to grow something ourselves and genuinely enjoyed it. Launch & Found gave us a way to take what we had learned and use it to help other business owners build something they are proud of.
What did each of you do before Launch & Found?
Will spent more than a decade in professional photo and video production. Shane built websites and eventually moved heavily into paid advertising after realising a great website still needs people finding it. Andy brings the business side after scaling his own company to seven figures in its first year.
Where are you based?
We are based in London, Ontario. A lot of our work is local to London and Southwestern Ontario, especially media production, but our website and advertising clients can be located almost anywhere.
Do the founders actually work on the client accounts?
Yes. That is something we want to keep as Launch & Found grows. You are not handed off after the sales call. The people you meet are the same people involved in the strategy, creative, websites, advertising and decisions behind your account.
Do you only work with London businesses?
No. We work with businesses across Canada and can work internationally for websites and digital advertising. Our photo and video work is primarily based in Southwestern Ontario, although we can travel when the project makes sense.
Why do you offer so many different services?
Because we kept seeing how connected everything was. Better ads need better creative. Better traffic needs a better website. Stronger brands need consistent media. Bringing those pieces together lets us solve the bigger problem instead of only working on one part of it.
