A Salon With a Chair to Fill and No Way to Fill It.

Word of mouth had taken it as far as word of mouth goes. We built the site, opened the accounts and put the work in front of people within driving distance who were already looking for it.

What we made

What we built for them.

The The salon website

Built around one action, which is booking. The menu, the pricing and the gallery are all there to answer the question somebody has before they press it.

The problem

What they came to us with.

A studio doing genuinely good work, a thousand five-star reviews, and almost no way for anybody who had not already heard about it to find it. Word of mouth had taken the chair as far as word of mouth takes a chair.

What there was online was a booking link and a social profile. Somebody searching for a manicure in London at nine at night had nothing to land on, read, and decide from.

How we did it

How we did it.

  1. A site that answers, then books. The technique, the menu, the pricing and the room, in the order somebody asks about them — and the booking link on every screen of it.
  2. A tight local radius on Google.A salon is a drive, not a destination. The spend goes on the treatments people search by name, inside the distance somebody will actually travel.
  3. The reviews, in the ads.Five point zero from more than a thousand is the strongest thing this business owns, so it is in the headline rather than buried on a page.
  4. The real work on Meta. The studio, the technique and the hands doing it. Nobody books a nail salon off a stock photo.
In their words

What they said after.

People find us now without knowing us first, which never used to happen. The chair is full and I know why.
