Will runs ARC Creative, the production side of Launch and Found, and has spent more than 10 years behind the camera producing professional photo and video for businesses and brands in Canada and around the world.
When you book a shoot, Will is the person planning it, directing it, and making sure we leave with content you can actually use across your website, advertising, and social media.
Where we go
We work locally and travel when the project calls for it.
Most of our shoots are around London and Southwestern Ontario, including St. Thomas, Woodstock, Stratford, and the surrounding areas.
For projects farther away, we are happy to travel. Any travel costs are included clearly in the quote before you commit to anything.

We start with what the content is for, where you plan to use it, and what you want to walk away with. From there we put together a clear quote for the shoot.

Plan the shoot
We build the shot list, schedule the day, plan locations, and make sure everyone knows what we need before we arrive.

Shoot day
We come to you with the equipment needed for the job, direct the shoot, and work through the plan while leaving room for good ideas that come up on the day.

Edited & delivered
We edit, grade, resize, and prepare everything for the places you need it. Most projects are delivered within seven days of the shoot.
What it costs
Every shoot is different, so we quote it that way.
A simple local photo shoot and a multi day production with video, drone, crew, and travel are completely different projects.
We price each shoot around what it actually needs, including production time, equipment, editing, crew, and travel if required. You will know exactly what is included and what it costs before we book anything.
Before you ask
A few things clients usually want to know.
Do I have to be running ads with you too?
No. Media production can be booked completely on its own. We can shoot content for your website, social media, internal use, advertising, or whatever else you need.
How much does a shoot cost?
It depends on what you need. A straightforward local photography session is very different from a larger commercial production. Tell us what you are looking for and we will give you a clear quote before anything is booked.
How soon do I get the files?
Most projects are edited and delivered within seven days of the shoot.
Will you travel to us?
Yes. Most of our work is in Southwestern Ontario, but we regularly travel when a project calls for it. Travel costs are discussed and included in the quote ahead of time.
Do I need to be in the photos or videos?
Not at all. We can build the shoot around your team, products, work, location, customers, or whatever makes the most sense. If you do want to be involved, we will direct you through it.
Who owns the content?
You receive the finished content with the rights needed to use it throughout your business. There are no surprise per use fees every time you want to post something again.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather affects the type of content we planned, we adjust the schedule or reschedule the outdoor portion. We will not force a shoot that is clearly going to hurt the final result.
Can you match the content we already have?
Yes. If you already have an established look, brand style, or previous content you like, send it over and we can plan the new shoot around it.
